This clip from the 1986 TVNZ documentary Rainbow Warrior affair shows a reconstruction of the events immediately before and during the bombing of the Greenpeace protest vessel Rainbow Warrior in 1985, including the death of photographer Fernando Pereira. This is followed by news footage of the immediate response to the bombing. The attack was carried out by agents of the French external intelligence agency, the Direction Général de la Sécurité Extérieure (DGSE).
